This project involved us developing the land around a major contemporary workspace and conferencing facility.
Overview
Bedford Heights is a contemporary workspace for companies of all sizes. It features conferencing and meeting room facilities. Seen as a luxury space from which to run a business, we were commissioned to develop the adjacent land. A massive large scale project, we had to move the earth as well as resurface the car park and also then landscape around the building.
Job Details
This was a large scale project where we had to work the entire land space around the building. We had to dig down and remove the grass on the other side and then crane in the big concrete walls and fill out the sloped area which we then landscaped over.
Running up to the building, we then installed a new staircase as well as entrance. Other works undertaken included buildling a whole new entrance pathway, sorting the piling and undertaking resin bound surfacing for general and disabled access to the building.
That aside, we also planted a variety of plants, undertaking the necessary landscaping works. To compliment all of this, we also built and laid every aspect of the car park from scratch.
